altitude hub GmbH is a Swiss venture studio and consulting company headquartered in Pontresina, Engadin. We develop, operate and scale our own brands, communities and digital products — while advising organizations that want to do the same.

altitude hub was founded in Pontresina — one of the world's most iconic alpine locations, where precision, performance and excellence are not aspirations but expectations. This environment shapes everything about how we operate.
We started with a simple premise: the best consultants are the ones who have done the work themselves. Too much strategic advice is delivered by people who have never executed a strategy in a live environment. We chose a different path.
Today, altitude hub operates active brands across sports community, specialty coffee education and endurance events — all of which serve as real-world laboratories for the methods we bring to our consulting clients.

The founder of altitude hub is an entrepreneur, digitalization expert and community builder with deep roots in Pontresina and the broader Engadin valley. His professional background spans enterprise digital transformation, AI development, sports event organization and community architecture.
He has led one of the most visible digital transformation mandates in the Swiss alpine region — combining stakeholder management, technical implementation and public-sector change management into a single, coherent execution.
In parallel, he has developed custom AI solutions, built and managed sports communities, organized endurance events and launched educational ventures — creating a portfolio of proof points that underpin every consulting engagement.
